Changes to social media

Hello everyone. It has been awhile. Over the summer I purchased a horse who I spend many days a week with. The barn is my second home. I am practicing what I preach-living my life, without fear! Well, maybe a little fear still, but I push myself everyday and I hope you are too!

With all the news of security and data breaches going around, I decided to deactivate my social media accounts. The only way to connect with me or contact me will be here,by leaving a comment. Or to maintain privacy, sending me a personal email at brugadagirl@yahoo.com

God bless!

Hi, I have been searching the web for stories and testimonials from people that have been diagnosed with brugada. I am so glad I found you!!
I am 34 mother of 3 and have been diagnosed with this scary illness, it’s all too fresh and I am looking for inspiration and reassurance.
I have not yet seen an especialist, I just saw a cardiologist in A&E who confirm me that I unfortunately have it.
I cannot stop crying and feeling trapped, I have had other health problems and because of it they had done numerous Ecgs and not until a week ago they decided to investigate it.
Please tell me what what to expect? How you are coping? Did you find the light and the end of the tunnel?
I would love to hear from you!

Hi Ana! Im sorry to hear what you are going through. The first day is an awful day. Weeks and months are very rough too. It is alot to take in. There will be good days, bad days, angry days, sad days. But yes, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Eventually, you start to accept it and learn how to cope. It takes time and baby steps though. Most important is to see the specialist so you can learn what their treatment plan is for you. Have they discussed any of that yet?

Hi Alicia! Today, I just deleted my Facebook account for the same reason! When I announced this morning that today would be THE DAY, one of my followers asked: “But how will be maintain connection with you when you publish a new blog post on Heart Sisters?” My answer was the same as yours: directly on my blog!
Hope you are enjoying your wonderful new horse!
    cheers,
    C.
